Dr. Rajneesh Singh is Associate Chief of the Science of Intelligent Systems Division (SISD) at DEVCOM – Army Research Laboratory (ARL) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. SISD focus is on research to enable autonomous mobility, maneuver, and teaming behaviors for ground and aerial systems. His role is to manage the division mission research portfolio, ensuring alignment to ARL S&T priorities, and develop partnerships across the industry, government, and academic organizations to advance science and technology through active engagements in the research community.

Prior to joining ARL in 2009, Dr Singh worked for about 10 years as automotive aerodynamicist at General Motors. He obtained Doctorate in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park, MS from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and BS from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
